If your a New Client Here are a few important details about your appointment (please read through):
Vaccination Requirements: Bordetella, DHPP, and Rabies vaccines must be current and shown at your first appointment. Regular clients are required to keep these updated. If we are not shown proof of vaccination’s the appointment will be canceled. This is for the safety and wellbeing of all dogs and employees in our facility.
Pickup Policy: After we notify you that your pup will be ready in 30 minutes, you have 1 hour to pick them up. After that, a $10 daycare fee will apply. If your dog isn’t picked up within 4 hours, the fee increases to $20. If you need extended care, please let us know before your appointment day.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Saturdays are by appointment only.
All prices provided over the phone are considered quotes. Various factors and situations can alter the amount of service rendered on any given day.
Appointment Confirmation: Please confirm your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled day of appointment
No-Show Policy: We allow a 15 minute grace period for your scheduled appointment, after that 15 minutes is up your appointment will be canceled, and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply.
