Meet the team
Marlee – Owner & Lead Groomer
I’ve always had a passion for animals, which led me to work in boarding facilities before discovering my true love for grooming. That passion eventually grew into Marlee’s Puppy Parlor, where I get to do what I love every day helping dogs look and feel their very best.
I have a soft spot for big dogs, especially doodles and Australian Shepherds. Fun facts about me I love to travel and was very involved in FFA in high school, where I showed pigs. I got married in October 2025 and had the most amazing honeymoon in London, England, which was truly a dream come true!
Whether you’re bringing your pup in for a bath or a full makeover, my incredible team and I are dedicated to making sure every dog has a safe, comfortable, and positive grooming experience.
Skyler – Receptionist
Skyler originally joined Marlee’s Puppy Parlor as a bather and quickly showed just how capable and dependable she is. When she decided to transition into the receptionist role, she absolutely thrived. We couldn’t be more proud of her! Skyler is incredibly sweet, organized, and always ready to help both clients and pups feel welcome the moment they walk through the door. She has a huge heart for all animals, but she has a special soft spot for small dogs. Her positive attitude and dedication make her such an important part of our team!
When she’s not at the salon, Skyler loves spending time with her friends and hanging out with her two sweet pups, who mean the world to her.
Fun fact: Skyler is a total animal lover obviously and can’t resist the sweet small and tiny pups!
Sierra – Junior Groomer
Sierra may be relatively new to grooming, with about a year of experience, but she’s already learned so much and developed a real passion for the craft. She enjoys working with large breeds, but no matter the size, Sierra loves making every dog look and feel their absolute best. Her friendly and approachable nature helps make every grooming session a comfortable and positive experience for the pups.
When she’s not grooming, Sierra loves spending time with her family and her adorable 2 year-old son, who always keeps her on her toes and reminds her of the joys in life. Her dedication to her work and her sweet, kind-hearted approach make her an invaluable part of our team at Marlee’s Puppy Parlor.
Alyssa – Senior Part-Time Bather
Alyssa has been an integral part of Marlee’s Puppy Parlor almost since the very beginning of our time at this location, and she truly excels at what she does! Her skills and efficiency are unmatched, and she has a natural talent for making every pup feel pampered. After welcoming a sweet baby boy last fall, she returned to us part-time, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have her back with the team.
Alyssa’s love for animals shines through in everything she does, and her dedication to providing top-notch care for every dog is inspiring. Whether she’s giving a gentle bath or getting a pup looking their best, Alyssa brings warmth and care to every step of the process.
Fun fact: Alyssa is the ultimate animal lover, and you can see that love reflected in her passion for her work and the way she treats every dog like part of the family!
