things to know

before booking below!

• We require a copy of your pup(s) current vaccination records. we are looking for them to be up to date on Bordetella, DHPP/Distemper and Rabies (records will need to be updated yearly)

• Payment is to be made at the conclusion of the service. Payment can be made in the form of Cash, Credit Card or Debit card. (We no longer take Check sorry for the inconvenience!)

• Online payment Online payment is an option its where we will send you an invoice over text, (its not to be used as a pay later feature) we will need to receive payment within 24 hours of receiving the invoice or we reserve the right to take that to the proper authorities and could potentially result in theft of service.

• Our rates are based on weight and condition of the coat of individual dogs and if there are any additional services needed for the pup

• Anal gland expressions we require that the dog has had their glands expressed before by their Veterinarian first (anal gland expressions are by request only)

• Ear Plucking (By Request only) this service is mostly for our doodles

• Being late- We totally understand it happens! We ask that if you are going to be 5 or more minutes late you give us a call or shoot us a text so we can plan accordingly. After the 15 minute mark, if we haven’t heard from you we will cancel the appointment and you will have to call or text the salon to reschedule.

• No Show - No Call or Text- We try our hardest to keep this from happening with our automated text reminders but it happens. Please confirm you appointments when you receive these texts so we know to expect you at your scheduled appointment time.

• Inclimate Weather Cancellations- We follow Weatherford and Peaster ISD, We will always send out a rescheduling text if anything keeps us from being able to work due to weather.
